Heartmade by Hannah is a handmade brand founded by Hannah in 2024. Heartmade is a culmination of everything we have learned and loved over the years but didn't have one cohesive place to gather it all together. In 2024, we decided we didn't have to be just one brand or one focus - that we can be all the things we love! 

Stained Glass, ceramics, embroidery, jewelry, and crochet is just the beginning of our journey. This brand and community will encompass all the artsy things that we love and continue to learn and create!
