Refund Policy
All items at Heartmade by Hannah are handmade and are not subject to refund. Original pieces cannot be returned or refunded and are considered final sale.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Class Refunds/Exceptions
If you sign up for a class and pre-pay and can no longer attend the class, please email or message us and we will refund your class for the full amount up to 48 hours before the class. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, you will only receive a 50% refund due to the fact we may not be able to fill that spot on short notice. There is no refund for no-shows to classes or if you show up late.
Refunds
If there is an extenuating circumstance and we do approve a refund for a physical product - the customer is responsible for the return shipping label.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
