Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within one week of the order if the items ordered are an In-Stock item (meaning already handmade and listed). Most crochet items are made to order and need to be made, therefore the item will be made and shipped within 2 weeks of the order.
All items are shipped from Warren, IN and we currently only ship within the United States and US Provinces/Territories.
Any custom items or specialty made-to-order items may take up to 4-6 weeks to make and then will ship in the week after being made. For any questions on if a piece needs to be made or how long a specific items will take to ship - you can email info@heartmadebyhannah.com
We ship all items through USPS and typically ship it through Ground Advantage services. If you are needing an item super fast you can pay for a faster shipping or you can email info@heartmadebyhannah.com and we can offer additional shipping options like UPS or FedEx if absolutely needed.
Once the item is with the carrier service and a tracking number has been provided, we are not liable for how fast or slow that item is delivered. If a package gets lost or never arrives, please let info@heartmadebyhannah.com know and we can start to file a claim and work on providing a secondary package/order if applicable.
Shipping timeline is subject to change based on time of year and demand of orders. If delays are happening we will do our best to communicate those delays by email.
